“Let the Games Begin” on Monday Night at The Running Conference (TRC25) presented by haku
The details have been unveiled for the much-anticipated Monday Night Social at The Running Conference 2025 presented by haku (TRC25) this December.
Get ready for a night of friendly rivalry, social connection and industry celebration as Running Industry Alliance (RIA), haku, the leading all-in-one technology platform for endurance events, and Scimitar, the UK’s leading supplier of sustainable custom sportswear, join forces to host “Let the Games Begin”, the official Monday evening social at TRC25.
Taking place from 7:00 pm to 11:00pm on Monday 8th December, this high-energy evening invites all attending Running Industry Alliance (RIA) Members and Triathlon Industry Alliance (TIA) Members to come together for a night of fun, games and good company - a true reflection of the collaborative spirit that defines both organisations.
The Triathlon Industry Conference (TIC25) takes place for Triathlon Industry Alliance Members on Monday 8th December 2025 alongside The Running Conference, and the Monday Night Social will see both business communities get together for an exciting evening of socialising and networking.
The night will feature a full line-up of classic and competitive games, including for example basketball shooting hoops, Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Friendly Blackjack, Horse Racing Game and Golf Putting Challenge - all designed to spark interaction, chat and a touch of healthy competition between industry friends, peers and new connections.
To join in, attendees can collect their game chip vouchers from either the haku or Scimitar Pop Up Discover Space (PUDS) in the TRC25 conference room. Prizes will be up for grabs for those who hit top scores or complete special challenges throughout the night.
The first drink of the night will be on RIA and ERDINGER, setting the tone for an evening of relaxed networking, laughter, and connection across the running and triathlon business communities.
