#TRC24 takes place from 8th to 10th December 2024 at Holywell Park Conference Centre, Loughborough University. 

The Running Conference 2024 presented by haku #TRC24 is an annual conference for members of Running Industry Alliance (RIA). The Running Conference will feature content specifically curated for RIA Members based on work from 2023 to 2028. 

The content will focus on areas such as The Market Place, Research, Data and Insights, Health and Wellbeing, Sustainability, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), and Future.

Registration for TRC24 is now open for guaranteed and reserved ticket holders.

Members can secure additional tickets at the Early Bird rate of £350 plus VAT until the end of June (or until sold out).

Registration will remain open then until sold out and at venue capacity. Standard TRC24 ticket rate is £450 + VAT, and tickets are available to RIA Members and Alliance Partners only. 

Additionally reserved TRC24 tickets will be invoiced in September.

Your TRC24 ticket includes "everything" (detailed below) apart from accommodation.

This means the following are included:

> Full access to The Running Conference
> All meals are included - 2 x breakfast, 2 x lunch and 2 x dinner
> All teas and coffees (at breaks)
> All activations and experiences
> Drinks reception access
> Access to the upstairs bar
> All content - sessions 1 to 6
> Evening networking opportunities
> All networking access and business speed dating
> Access to all the "first look" Research, Data and Insights reports across The Running Conference
> All speaker, panel and round table discussions

In short, everything is included in your TRC24 ticket apart from accommodation. We have chosen three on-site hotels to make access to TRC and your stay on site easy! Accommodation details will be released in June. 

The Running Conference presented by haku is for Members of Running Industry Alliance.

Once registration is open, all members will receive a link to access the booking page and can register for their place at TRC24 from there.

If you are not a RIA Member you can join and attend The Running Conference 2024 presented by haku, one ticket to attend is included in full RIA Membership and additional can be purchased and / or by waiting list.

Smart casual attire, we have been asked if brand / branded polo, t-shirt or sweatshirt along with jeans / trousers and trainers can be worn and the answer is YES .. in the evening the smart casual theme continues.

Anyone is welcome to wear what they feel comfortable in as long as it is smart casual.

DO bring your running kit and trainers with you for the various activations. 

There is FREE parking on site for up to 1000 vehicles, this is included in your TRC24 ticket.

Yes ideally a mix of kit depending what activities you want to take part in, you will see a list of activities to sign up to as you register (if you wish to take part). 

No, there isn't unlimited availability.  

There is a hard stop capacity at this venue and once sold out we will not be able to issue any further tickets.

If you want to attend and / or a colleague in your business then please book your tickets upfront and as soon as possible when registration opens. 

RIA will keep a number of tickets for new members joining to be able to ensure they can access TRC24. 

Once this allocation is sold out there will not be any further opportunity for additional availability. 

As such RIA will close new membership by 15th October 2024. RIA Membership will re-open again 15th January 2025.

There are no day tickets available for TRC24. Your ticket gives you access for the 8th to 10th December, or you can choose which days you want to attend. Please select meals accordingly to limit food waste when you register. 

Accommodation details and booking options will be released in June. 

Some of the activations may gift kit, it is up to the session organisers if they wish to do this. 

As we get closer to TRC24 we may let attendees know of where this is possible or happening. 

You do need to bring your own kit to each session to be prepared and ideally a head lamp if you own one. 

There is a private room available for prayer, please speak to one of the organising team on arrival. 

Valuables are brought to TRC24 at your own risk. 

There is a secure room onsite but this will be used for activations and / or exhibition materials to be kept secure for the various events.

If you have a query onsite please speak to one of the organisers upon arrival. 

You will be asked about specific dietary requirements or allergies during registration, please let us know all the details as it's very important that we are aware.  

We cater for Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Dairy Free and Gluten Free including Celiac in the catering offerings at the conference centre, but we need to know the specifics for catering numbers and to make sure that there is a provision in place for you at TRC24.

T&C’s to note: 

> Your registration guarantees you a place / places (subject to T&C’s). You will be invoiced for any additional tickets that you book. Invoices issued will have 30 days payments terms as standard.

> Your 2024 Running Industry Alliance (RIA) Membership (FULL) includes one "guaranteed" ticket to TRC24

> Registration opens 3rd May to claim 1 "guaranteed" ticket that is part of "full" RIA Membership. 

> Early Bird rate of £350 + VAT for additional tickets will run from 3rd May to the 28th June. 

> 1st July onwards additional tickets will be £450 + VAT, subject to availability and until sold out.

> You must be a current Member of Running Industry Alliance (RIA) at the time of The Running Conference (8th to 10th December 2024) to be able to attend and receive your validated access ticket / tickets and TRC24 instructions.

> RIA Membership T&C's apply - there is a hard stop capacity at this venue and once sold out we will not be able to issue any further tickets.

> RIA Membership runs for 12 months from invoice raising date.

> RIA have the right to refuse entry to TRC24 to anyone not abiding by the T&C's and Code of Conduct. 

> RIA will share TRC24 attendees first name, surname and company name via a delegates list sent to those who attend TRC24

Cancellation policy to note:

> Booked and confirmed tickets can be transferred to a colleague at no additional charge. The name change person nominated must be from the same business and the business must be a current member of RIA. 

> Any name changes to booked tickets must be submitted to RIA in writing (by email) HERE and confirmed by RIA by 8th November 2024 at the latest.

> No refunds will be issued for booked and / or confirmed tickets.

> Booked and confirmed tickets can be transferred to The Running Conference 2025, by notifying the RIA Team in writing (by email) by 8th October 2024.
