    During registration, you will see a list of optional activities to sign up for - so you can decide what suits you best and pack accordingly.

  • There is FREE parking on site for attendees, this is included in your TRC25 + TIC25 + RRD ticket.

    All registered attendees will be sent a link and code to register for free parking for the duration of the conference ahead.

    Alternatively you can put your vehicle registration into the system at reception on arrival each morning.

  • Some activations may gift kit, but this is at the discretion of the session organisers.

    As we get closer to TRC25, we will update attendees on where gifting is possible or happening.

    In the meantime, please bring your own kit to each session to be fully prepared -ideally including a headlamp if you have one.

  • Please note that valuables are brought at your own risk. While there is a secure room onsite, it will primarily be used to store activations and exhibition materials for the events.

    • You must be a current RIA Member at the time of The Running Conference (7th to 9th December 2025) to attend and receive your validated access ticket(s) and TRC25 instructions the week before TRC25.

    • RIA Membership T&C’s apply - there is a hard stop on venue capacity. Once sold out, no further tickets will be issued.

    • RIA Membership runs for 12 months from the invoice date or auto-renewal.

    • RIA reserves the right to refuse entry to TRC25 to anyone not abiding by the T&C’s and RIA Code of Conduct.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Booked and confirmed tickets can be transferred to a colleague at no extra charge.

    • The new attendee must be from the same business and that business must be a current RIA Member.

    • All name changes must be submitted in writing to the RIA Membership team by 31st October 2025 at the latest.

    • No refunds will be issued for booked and confirmed tickets.
