Sunday 10th December

The Running Conference Opening Day and Evening

Arrival to Holywell Park Conference Centre from PM today onwards, depending on which sessions you have booked to attend.

Talk & Track Experience hosted by Altra from 1pm to 3pm (doors open at 12.45pm to access this session for a prompt 1pm start)

"The Speed Sessions" = Business Speed Networking hosted by haku starting at 3pm and running to 5pm (doors open at 2pm onwards to access this)

Opening drinks reception and welcome dinner in The Restaurant from 5.30pm onwards.

"Movement for Change" film and panel evening hosted by Aspire. Join Aspire and a guest panel to celebrate inspirational figures in our community and talk about the power of running to bring people together and inspire positive change.

SUNDAY AGENDA IN FULL

Monday 11th December

AM Early Activity Sessions, meet between 6am and 6.15am for 6.30am start for both activities - location to meet will be notified to attendees of each session

Breakfast & Networking in The Restaurant hosted by haku from 7.30am to 9am.

The Running Conference Content (1) The Market Place; (2) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB); (3) Business Health & Wellbeing with a mix of speaker, panel & round table discussions.

Includes Tea and Coffee Networking.

Lunch & Networking in The Restaurant hosted by Endurance Zone from 12.30 to 1.45pm

Afternoon of activities, movement & networking: Multiple options for all abilities & across running, movement & education from 3pm to 5.30pm

Drinks reception and dinner in The Restaurant from 6pm onwards

Running Celebration Evening hosted by SCOTT

An evening of running heritage, fundraising & networking "go back to go forward together" with a focus on off-road running this year at #TRC23

MONDAY AGENDA IN FULL

Tuesday 12th December

The Running Conference Content (4) Sustainability; (5) Research, Data and Insights - featuring "first looks" of featured and relevant for the the industry reporting; (6) Future. Mix of speaker, workshop, panel & round table discussions.

The Running Conference will close today and wrap up by 3.30pm.
