Now in its fourth year, The Running Conference presented by haku returns to Loughborough University – our trusted central hub for the sport and business of running – and it’s set to be our biggest yet.
Due to growing demand and our collective ambition to go further, TRC25 is expanding into Burleigh Court, the premier hotel and conference centre on campus. This evolution allows us to elevate the experience while staying rooted in the environment of performance, innovation, and excellence that our industries deserve.
What’s New and Not to Miss at TRC25:

Triathlon Industry Conference (#TIC25) – now in its second year, returning in a larger space with greater capacity, fresh opportunities, and deeper sector-specific insights for all attendees.
Running Retailer Day (#RRD25) – a dedicated day created for B2B running retailers. Featuring data-led insight, industry benchmarking, and collaborative discussion, RRD25 offers a unique platform to share challenges, highlight needs, and shape the future of specialist retail together.
🆕Event Organiser Sessions – new for 2025, a half-day programme designed specifically for race and event organisers. These focused sessions will offer practical strategies, shared challenges, and future-facing thinking, tailored to support those delivering world-class running experiences.
