The Running Conference #TRC23
Today is the closing day of TRC23 with plenty of topics and discussions to be held along with a new "first look" at essential data, research and insights reports created by and for the Running Industry. The reports have been curated together to be seen and discussed at TRC23 for the first time.
AM Early Activity Sessions, meet between 6am and 6.15am for 6.30am start for both activities - location to meet will be notified to attendees of each session.
Breakfast & networking in The Restaurant hosted by RAB from 7.30am to 9am
The Running Conference Content (4) Sustainability; (5) Research, Data and Insights - featuring "first looks" of featured and relevant for the the industry reporting; (6) Future. Mix of speaker, workshop, panel & round table discussions.

The Running Conference will close today and wrap up by 3.30pm.

The early AM Run today takes place hosted by Red Bull and lead by Tom Evans.
Meeting from 06.15am for 06.30am start. All registered runners for this session will receive details of the meeting point.
Headlamps provided to trial today are by PETZL including NAO® RL / SWIFT® RL / ACTIK® CORE / IKO® CORE and BINDI®.
Trail socks to test by Bridgedale.

Today is the Sustainability breakfast for everyone attending TRC23 and will be in Holywell Park Conference Centre in The Restaurant hosted by Rab.
Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9am in The Restaurant with a hot and cold rolling buffet offering from cereals and patisserie through to cooked breakfast and more.
There will two breakfast sittings in The Restaurant from 7.30am.
Content will start from 08.30am in Turing and from 09.00am in Stephenson (see below).
There will be "grab and go" offerings of breakfast baps and fruit in Babbage area also.
