Today is a mix of getting to know each other, activity, networking and celebrating movement for change and the power of running.
Arrival to Holywell Park Conference Centre from PM today onwards, depending on what you have chosen to attend - see below.
Afternoon Activities and Networking
Doors open at 12.45pm at Holywell for access to "Talk & Track Experience hosted by ALTRA", starting at 1pm in STEPHENSON and finishing by 3pm in the same room - details of this activity will be sent to anyone attending w/c 27/11/23.
Doors open at 2.30pm for access to "Business Speed Networking hosted by haku" starting at 3pm in TURING and finishing at 5pm in the same room - details of this activity will be sent to anyone attending w/c 27/11/23.
NOTE: Anyone attending both "Talk & Track Experience hosted by ALTRA" and "Business Speed Networking hosted by haku" can do this as timing for attending both has been taken into account.
Opening Evening Celebration Drinks, Dinner and Networking!
Opening Drinks and Welcome to TRC23 from 5.30pm to 6.45pm in BABBAGE, Holywell Park Conference Centre.
Dinner for all attending TRC23 in THE RESTAURANT in Holywell from 6.45pm to 8.30pm / 2 sittings and bowl food in Babbage options.
"Movement for Change" film, panel and networking evening hosted by Aspire in BABBAGE and STEPHENSON (auditorium) 8.30pm to 10.45pm.
"Join Aspire and a guest panel to celebrate inspirational figures in our community and talk about the power of running to bring people together and inspire positive change".
Doors close at 11pm.

The Running Conference Presented by haku #TRC23, 10th to 12th December 2023

The Track and Talk Session is hosted by Altra and includes a talk in the Stephenson auditorium in Holywell followed by a run and a track session on the iconic Paula Radcliffe Athletics Track at Loughborough University.
> Runners will get the opportunity to test the new low-drop road shoe AltraFWD Experience which was launched recently, as well as the Altra Torin 7 and the Altra Paradigm 7.
> This is a limited place availability session for TRC23 attendees, and places need to be booked via your TRC23 ticket registration.
